Bill Would Allow Online Listing Of Sex Offenders

New legislation in Vermont would make it easier for people to get information about convicted sex offenders. The Senate gave final approval to a bill that would place the
names and photos of convicted sex offenders on the Internet. Currently, state law requires someone to contact local police to verify whether someone is a convicted sex offender.
